Missed/Late Appointment Policy

Patients are expected to cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance, if necessary. If the patient doesn't show up or is late to cancel, the office will administer a missed/late appointment fee of $50. Insurance does not cover these charges.

Prescriptions

Some medicines that are prescribed by our office are controlled substances and cannot be refilled unless given a brand new prescription. In order to pick up the new prescription, please call at least 24 hours before you plan on picking it up, and request a refill. 

*Prescriptions can only be refilled and picked up once a month.
